TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.	Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.	Entry is open only to Australian residents who are 18 years or over and a PlantThis Club member.
3.	A prize will be awarded every 28 days until the close of the promotion. The promotion timing may be altered at the discretion of PlantThis Pty Ltd.
4.	The promotion starts at 9.00am on 26 April 2010 and entries for the last prize must be received by 11.30pm on 13 September 2010.
5.	To enter, you must click "submit and enter". Only the first 50 words of a reply or comment to another member's post are eligible.
6.	Multiple entries are allowed. An individual can win once only. A winning entry, or one substantially similar to a winning entry, will not be subsequently considered.
7.	PlantThis will judge the best entries from the previous 4 weeks as the prize winners. This is not a game of chance. The winning entrants will be notified by email. The winning entrants' names will be announced on www.plantthis.com.au.
8.	The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.	The prize is a $50 Bunnings Gift Card.
10.	The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
11.	PlantThis accepts no responsibility for variation of the prize or any event that occurs that is beyond its control. A winning entrant acknowledges that third parties may impose additional terms and conditions on the prize. Bunnings' terms include:
"Use the Gift Card toward any purchase of goods at any Bunnings location in Australia.
	1.	When redeemed, the Gift Card must be relinquished to the cashier.
	2.	Maximum change given is $9.95.
	3.	Bunnings is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
	4.	The Gift Card is not a credit card or debit card.
	5.	The card is not redeemable for cash.
	6.	Only valid if purchased at Bunnings and processed through the register."
PlantThis does not accept any responsibility and is not liable for additional conditions imposed by a third party or for the breach of those conditions by any person.
12.	PlantThis reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
13.	A winning entrant who fails to respond within two weeks to a request for address details will forfeit the prize. In the event of any winning entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize, PlantThis reserves the right to re-judge. If any prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, PlantThis reserves the right to award the prize to the entry judged as the next best entry received.
14.	All entries become the property of PlantThis. All entries will be entered into a database. PlantThis may use an entrant's name and details for direct contact in relation to the competition. PlantThis may use an entrant's non-identifying details, content and images for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. A third party will not contact entrants.
15.	PlantThis shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winning entrant (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. PlantThis shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
16.	If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of PlantThis, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, PlantThis reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
17.	In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, storms, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; PlantThis may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and restart it on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
